Its a good fork and for the money yo get fork, handlebars, stem, and brake adapter- and those black sleeves are a bontrager chain stay protector cut in have- you could leave em of make your own wraps out of tape, grips, or zip ties/Ok you should have the jist by now

    this boxxer has been used well- but maintained well too
    She has the silver "slippery" not available on all models only the world cup forks
    200mm brake adapter included and a very rare part
    hellbent handlebars and direct mount stem included
    there are two springs under each cap, 2 preload spacers,  I have the silver and the yellow springs which are medium- currently installed and the yellow set is med-firm
    There are some paint scratches and chrome flaking but the fork works like it should and fells very nice.  The rebound and compression dampers are set right in the middle- it leaks a little bit but only a few drops every few months- so itll be alright
